Helen J. (Branham) Ferrill, July 13, 2010

Helen J. (Branham) Ferrill, 81, passed away Tuesday morning, July 13, 2010, at her residence in Morgantown.

She was born September 8, 1928, in Indianapolis to the late Morris and Maude (Abney) Branham.

She was a homemaker and mother to her three daughters, Rosetta Myers of Morgantown, Kathy Bailey and husband Richard of Martinsville, and Andrea Byers of Morgantown; three sons,  Donald Ferrill and wife Joan of Greenwood, William Ferrill and wife Jewel of Wanamaker and Michael A. Ferrill of Morgantown.  She leaves behind 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She will be remembered by her seven brothers, Harold Branham of Indianapolis, Jimmy Branham of Franklin, Joe Branham of Morgantown, Paul Branham of Spencer, Larry Branham of Morgantown, Aaron Branham of Whiteland and Ronnie Branham of Morgantown.

She was preceded in death by a son, Daryl Ferrill; granddaughters, Lora Ballard, Dana Ballard and Ladonna Ferrill; and three brothers, Morris Branham Jr., Boyd Branham and Bobby Branham.

She was a lifetime member of the Morgantown General Assembly and Church of the First Born and a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Indianapolis.

She enjoyed playing cards, watching games shows, fishing, bird watching, camping and being outdoors.  She cherished spending time with family and loved to cook Sunday breakfast for her entire family.

Brother Mike Day will conduct a Celebration of Life Service 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, at the Morgantown General Assembly and Church of the First Born, 5885 S. Lick Creek Road in Morgantown.  Friends may call 9 a.m. till service time at the church on Wednesday. Inurnment will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
